(nbuy.eu) and applicable marketplace orders.
Marketplace procedures may also apply in parallel depending on where you purchased.
1. Warranty coverage
- Warranty applies to manufacturing defects or faults under normal use.
- Coverage period depends on the product and mandatory EU consumer rules.
2. How to request warranty support
- Email contact@nextgendistribution.bg and include your order reference (order number, invoice number, or marketplace order ID).
- Describe the issue clearly and include photos or video when possible.
- We will confirm the next steps (diagnostics, repair, replacement, or refund where applicable).
3. Not covered
- Damage from misuse, drops, liquid exposure, or unauthorized repairs.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage that does not affect function.
4. Return address
Return address will be provided by support based on your location and the specific case.
Do not send items back before you receive confirmation and instructions.
